Minmo v0.5.8 Release

Partner Control

Minmo

Minmo v0.5.8 is live with more of the practical controls Partners need to run payments, manage access, understand activity, and grow their teams from one place.

This release connects local payment operations to the Partner Console, makes Minmo plans easier to choose and pay for with Bitcoin, adds lightweight accounting reports, and gives wallet recovery and referrals dedicated workflows. Swap customers and agents also get a clearer view of progress and fewer unnecessary confirmation steps.

Bring local payment operations into Minmo

Partners using Safaricom Daraja can now connect their M-Pesa payment provider in the Console, collect and send payments, see live balances, and follow provider-aware statuses as money moves.

Connections and payment activity stay scoped to the Partner that owns them. When a provider response is uncertain, Minmo preserves the evidence for reconciliation instead of treating the payment as successful or submitting it again without confirmation. This keeps the operational view useful without hiding the cases that still need attention.

Choose and pay for the plan that fits your team

Billing now lives under Settings, where Partners can compare Wallet Partner, Integration Partner, and Operation Partner plans, see monthly and yearly prices, and understand what each tier includes.

Upgrades are paid through a Bitcoin invoice. The payment view includes a QR code, a wallet link, the amount due, exchange-rate context when relevant, and an expiry countdown. If an invoice expires or cannot be reused, the team can create a fresh one instead of being left at a dead end.

Partners can also cancel a paid plan while keeping access through the end of the period they already paid for, or resume before that period ends.

Turn activity into reports you can use

Accounting & Reporting can now generate a transaction-history or general-ledger CSV for an exact Wallet or payment-provider source and a period you choose. A reusable template can remember the source and report type for next time.

These are lightweight, uncertified exports: each file downloads once and is not retained by Minmo. That boundary keeps the workflow simple while giving Partners a practical record for reconciliation and their own reporting processes.

Behind the report, successful Wallet receives and Minmo-initiated sends now carry balanced accounting entries and the valuation evidence available at execution time. Provider results and fees are preserved so an accounting retry does not become a second payment.

Recover deposits with the fee in view

Bitcoin deposits that cannot be claimed automatically because of network fees now appear separately from spendable balance and completed activity. The Console shows the exact fee quote and expected net proceeds before an authorized operator accepts a higher-fee claim.

Each recovery targets one exact deposit. Minmo checks its latest state before submission and does not automatically retry an ambiguous provider result, reducing the risk of turning an uncertain outcome into a duplicate action.

Grow teams with referral codes built for the audience

Referral management now has its own Settings page. Partners can keep multiple active codes, choose whether a new code is for Mobile Agents or Console Partner members, and revoke a code without erasing its usage history.

Active codes remain the default view, while revoked history is available when it is needed. System-wide referral controls remain separate and visible only to Minmo administrators. Partner invitation acceptance has also been aligned with the hosted sign-in flow, removing a failure that could stop a valid invitation before the local Partner account was created.

Follow swaps with fewer unnecessary steps

The web swap experience now shows a progress tracker inside swap details, keeps successful Bitcoin amounts in sats, and presents refund status without repeating terminal-state messages.

When payment-provider evidence already confirms that fiat was sent, the swap can move forward without asking for a second manual escrow payment confirmation. Customers and agents still get the payment and release actions that apply to their side of the swap, with less uncertainty about what happens next.
